What is GENO Wellness Hub?

You can track your daily habits, book 1-on-1 sessions with therapists and coaches, follow guided programs, and receive personalized insights — all from one platform.

Is GENO free to use?

Creating an account and accessing wellness tracking tools, mood logging, and the self-care library is free. You only pay when you book a session with a provider. Session prices are set by individual providers and displayed upfront before you book.

How do I book a session with a provider?

Browse our provider directory, filter by specialization or availability, and select a time slot that works for you. Confirm your booking and pay securely through the platform. You will receive a confirmation and reminder before your session.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. You can reschedule through your bookings page. Late cancellations may be subject to the provider's cancellation policy.

Is my wellness data private?

Absolutely. Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Only you and your chosen providers can access your session data. Read our privacy policy for full details.

What does it cost to join as a provider?

Joining GENO as a provider is completely free. There are no subscription fees or upfront costs. GENO charges a small platform fee on completed sessions, which is clearly displayed in your earnings dashboard.

How do I get paid?

Earnings from completed sessions are credited to your GENO wallet in real time. You can withdraw funds anytime via M-Pesa or bank transfer. Payment processing typically takes 1-2 business days.

Can I set my own prices and schedule?

Yes. You have full control over your session pricing, availability slots, and cancellation policy. You can set recurring weekly availability or block off specific dates when you are unavailable.

What qualifications are required?

GENO accepts licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, life coaches, nutritionists, and other certified wellness professionals. You must hold valid credentials in your area of practice and comply with applicable local regulations.
